Silicon Elastic Tape
This silicone non-slip elastic band is a functional apparel trim designed to prevent fabric slippage during movement. It is widely used for sportswear, intimates, swimwear and shaping garments to hold fabric securely in place. Two material options are offered: nylon and polyester. Nylon elastic comes with ready stock in black and white, and other colors can be custom produced. Polyester elastic can be selected directly from our full color card. Custom sizes and packaging are supported for bulk garment orders.
Features
Built with solid plain weave construction, this silicon elastic tape features a stretch ratio of 1:2.6 and a controlled residual shrinkage of around 5% after repeated stretching. Its core engineered advantage lies in excellent fatigue resistance: the elastic core will not lose tension easily after countless stretches and regular washing cycles. The silicone anti-slip coating stays bonded firmly to the base fabric during routine washing. Nylon material comes in black and white stock, with custom colors available. Polyester can be matched against standard color charts. All batches are produced with consistent elasticity for bulk garment production.
