Production Process

Polish the button surface through rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing to remove burrs, scratches, and pitting, achieving a smooth and flat finish.
Surface Treatment Electroplating
Select appropriate electroplating processes and coating materials (e.g., gold plating, silver plating, nickel plating, chrome plating) according to design requirements. Electroplating not only adds rich colors and luster to the buttons but also improves their corrosion and wear resistance.
Strictly control process parameters during electroplating, such as the composition of the electroplating solution, temperature, and current density, to ensure the quality and uniformity of the coating.
Quality Inspection
Visual Inspection: Visually check the button surface for defects, scratches, pitting, color differences, etc., to ensure the appearance quality meets requirements.
