Production technology
Die casting process: First of all, according to the designed mold drawings, mold development. The zinc alloy material is heated to a liquid state, then injected into the mold cavity and cooled under high pressure to form the blank of the button.

Polishing treatment
The button blank after die casting is polished to remove the surface burrs, flash edges and uneven places, so that the surface of the button is smooth and delicate, to achieve the required gloss.
Electroplating process
