How do you control the quality of your cloth bag buttons?

Our product control is mainly divided into raw material control and processing control;

1. Raw material control: we select environment-friendly raw materials that meet the final inspection standards according to customer requirements, such as aluminum sheet and aluminum for inspection needle (exported to Japan); Comply with RoHS six restricted substances, EN71-3  ASTMF963 eight heavy metals, European Union REACH regulations, and American CPSIA/HR4040 regulations (exported to European and American countries); Comply with the requirements of brand self defined standards such as Mattel 19 heavy metals, IKEA IOS, WORLD, CHANEL, etc. (exported to foreign brands); There is no clear testing standard, but the quality is required to be produced with the highest requirements (domestic first-line brands).

2. Processing control: compared with raw material control, there are so many invisible detection indicators, so processing control is simpler, but simple does not mean easy. The processing process includes material stamping, injection molding, electroplating, fabric ironing, cutting, mold matching before button wrapping, and button wrapping. Each process is closely linked. A perfect cloth bag button requires not only customized molds and equipment, but also skilled operation ability to ensure the stable output of qualified finished products.
