Resin button production process and production technology

1. Sizing inverted embryo: The process of sheet forming by blending unsaturated resin with various additives and pigments.

3. Dip button: out of the button blank into cold water further hardening. The immersion time should be at least 4 hours.

4. Pick out bad: pick out the defective knob that has been shaped.

5. Button: put the adjusted button embryo into the button locomotive out of the threading hole and style.

6. Polishing: The process in which the buttons of the car are mixed with polishing materials and then poured into the polishing machine for polishing.

7. Laser: Laser through the laser machine to laser customer requested letters and patterns.

8. Check button: The inspector picks out the defective polished buttons.

9. Packing: According to customer's requirement, the qualified buttons are packed with the specified packing supplies.
